Lunar Akhanda 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
With Dr Yogrishi Vishvketu and Kal Prakashini
October 19 - November 4, 2026
Lunar Akhanda is an immersive training rooted in the lunar intelligence of Yoga—the principles of intuition, rest, cyclical awareness and creative renewal. Where solar practices cultivate strength, heat, and activation, lunar practices restore balance and interoception, supporting the subtle layers, emotional body, and subconscious mind. This training is designed to cool what has been overheated, soften what has become numb, and reawaken intuitive wisdom that modern life often suppresses.
The training weaves Akhanda Raja Yoga, Akhanda Yoga Nidra, and ritual intelligence into a coherent, trauma-informed pathway for deep healing. Suitable for personal self-healing and those wishing to receive a teaching certification. Prior Yoga experience is helpful but not required.
The training is in Sri Jungle Ashram, a forest sanctuary offering deep serenity, organic farm-to-table nourishment, and profound nervous system healing. It provides the perfect container of silence and spaciousness required to integrate such a transformative practice.
Lunar Akhanda is a 100-hour immersion eligible for 300-hour level credit. Participants who have completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training are eligible to receive a teaching certification upon successful completion of this course. Participants without a 200-hour qualification are welcome to attend for personal healing, learning, and immersion, and will receive a certificate of participation.
